Born in Cuba, defected with his family to the US when he was seven, and earned a BA in psychology and physical education from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas. Conrad is the lead pastor of Fusion Church and founder of The Nation of Warriors ministries in Homestead, Florida. He and his wife, Patricia, have two children and four grandchildren.

For over ten years, Pastor Nelson has served and grown under Pastor Conrad, becoming a dedicated and trusted leader at Fusion Church. He’s one of the hardest workers you’ll ever meet — always repairing, building, and caring for the church with excellence.
But beyond his hands‑on service, Pastor Nelson is an amazing preacher, full of passion, love for God, and a heart that inspires others. He is deeply committed to raising up a new generation of Fusion, guiding people with truth, compassion, and unwavering faith.
